Hi there,
It would be great if the FHC volunteers /technology specialists could put a banner (or similar) put onto the FHC portal site (for the FHC volunteers) if there are technical problems explaining that you are aware of the issue and that you are working on it ! Also giving an update on the progress if it can't be fixed straight away.
Recently we were not able to access the separate FHC portal sites at all and when I eventually got through to ask for help I was told several other FHC in Australia (we are in NZ) had the same issue, so it would also save time for everyone.
We can now get through, but there several smaller issues yet to be resolved.
Thanks for any changes that you might be able to make :-)
