Still no portal
It has been a year since we've been open and we still do not have a portal. We understand that it is a problem with the way our IP address refreshes for security so our center is not recognizable. We have previously been told that there are a number of centers with the same issue, the regional facilities manager visitor came in a couple of months ago and was aware of the situation. Is there any time line for when this is going to be resolved, I've tried to email our previous contacts through the community and don't receive any answer, the stake technology specialist has also tried to reach out and last he was told it was being worked on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The regional facilities manager is the one who sets up the ISP for your building. He just needs to find a provider that can provide a static public IP for the network and that will fix your issue. There is nothing that anyone else can do to resolve the issues.
