Detail Record Won't Come Up - "Unknown"
Tried clicking on the record for Mary Jane Dyer M6M5-QSD who was born 21 Feb 1833 in Maine, United States, and indicates 'deceased', but it won't come up and just indicates "Unknown". It may be because when you click on the record it states 'living', which doesn't jibe with her 1833 birth. There is a Find A Grave record for her (buried at Hodgdon, Aroostook County, Maine) which can be found by going through her husband Charles A. Howard (1839-1909) 9HYR-47Y. The record has her temple ordinances completed in 2015 with a SS in 1982. Since the record won't let me change 'living' to 'deceased', could that be done by a software engineer -- if that is indeed the problem?
