Stillborn shows sealing to parents and spouse temple icon

Hello,
Our son, Bruce R. Cartwright was stillborn (L2PP-C68). We think we have entered everything correctly, but the temple icon continues to show even though he does not need a sealing to parents or spouse. Can anyone help with this?
