Has report of Levi Hancock's ordination dates, bapt by Pratt, as well as his entry into military leadership. Shows set up for battle of Nauvoo, and Mormon Battalion leadership origins. Fed. govt. did NOT appoint Hancock as anything other than a "Fifer" tho he was informal leader, and chaplain for Co. E. He is already participating in Nauvoo Legion defense of Nauvoo as a member of Pitts brass band.

Original Book B has a half and half available half restricted section. This is the public scan. https://catalog.churchofjesuschrist.org/assets/44fb3b28-4a20-4518-a28b-2ff4451dbb7f/0/11 Trying to get someone to read the blurred areas from the original pages to verify code names used by 70 before they went into Mormon Battalion.
