Where can I find death or birth certificates to make sure the statistics are correct?

    In West Virginia you can go to wvculture.org and search by birth, death, and marriage.

    I guess that the answer to your question depends on where you live, or rather, where the person lived, whose birth or death certificate you are searching for.
