There are a few things that are beyond my skills, but the basics are:

Day, Month, and Year of the Marriage

    House Number

    Name of the Groom

    Religion: Catholic, Protestant

    Age in years

    (marital status:) single, widower

    Name of the Bride

    Religion: Catholic, Protestant

    Age in years

    (marital status:) single, widowed

    Names of the witnesses

    Officiant.

    ---

The parts I'm not sure of are what words are actually used for the widow/widower column headers, and what the second part of the "Officiant" column's header says.

For help deciphering the actual entries, I suggest joining the Germany research group and asking there. There are people there who regularly perform miracles reading That Dratted Handwriting.
