Yesterday, we could not access Ancestry Institution. This morning, we have no access to any premium site. When we click on View Premium Sites, we get this message. Reloading the page does not help. Restarting the portal does not help.
Looks like it's been corrected
We are having the exact same problem yesterday and today (9 June 2022), except here is the screen we get after clicking on View Premium Websites on several tries. Hour and a half wait on Tech Support phones :(
When the Portal page changed temporarily a couple of months ago (it only showed four sites), we were able to access all the website links here: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Family_History_Center_Portal. Of course, they only work while in the FHC. But if Ancestry of FamNet is down or blocked, you will still not be able to access it with the above. This was found in the FamilySearch.org site: Search, Research Wiki, then in the search field type in "Family History Center Portal."
