Reason This Information is Correct
I have been working on Family Search for a few years and know about it well enough. However, when I make changes, such as adding a note under the Burial section as to who is buried beside the person, the notes are no longer showing, nor is my name.
It used to show my notes. I need a computer geek to help me with settings, since somewhere along the way I must have changed something to no longer allow my Reason notes to show.

Yes, that's exactly the area I'm talking about. Mine used to show all the time, but now they do not. Somewhere I have messed with something perhaps that doesn't allow them to show?
I'm a Billion Graves volunteer. I'm wondering if something has happened on the Billion Graves site that has changed my ability to be seen. I'm really baffled. It was working fine until last Saturday, then nothing. My changes are there, but the reason is not.

It looks as if you may have inadvertently collapsed the "Detail View" feature, thus making the reason statements not visible. Just click on "Detail View" (under "Vitals" at the top of the person page) and the bar will turn green and you will have the full details back - to view and edit.
