Internet connection and access to the Family History Portal for our Center.
For the last 4-5 months we have not had access to the FH Portal. I was told that it was because we connect through AT&T and we would have to get a different carrier. Recently I was told that if we can get fiber-optic connections and have them hardwired, we would be able to get the Portal again with AT&T. Is this true? There are only two options in our area for Internet, AT&T and Spectrum. We haven't been able to get much cooperation from Spectrum.
Also, I heard that Family Search would possibly help pay to get fiber-optic connection into our Family History Center. Is that a possibility?
