Missing ordinances
My friend and neighbor Kurtis Silverhorn GWZ7-DSH passed away in 2020. His baptism and confirmation dates are still not showing in the system. He was baptized when he was young. Thank you for your help.

Kurtis was born Dec. 19 1996 in SHow Low AZ, and Passed Away July 17, 2020 in St. Johns AZ.

He was Baptized in the Meadows ward when he was 8 I would need to find his book to get the dates. I am Linda Prentice Kurtis's grandmother and I raised him since he was little the courts placed him and his brother in my home. My son Brandon Silverhorn is trying to do the work for Kurtis and my son Jason Silverhorn.
