Complete Compatibility Record Index View Old and New Formats

When viewing a Source Linker comparison for an Indiana Marriage 2 names do not have a match. These were previously always officials. (I have seen this for other states but cannot remember them). To confirm this, you looked at the indexing Record. That record view identified the 2 officials as such. Now the record is shown in the new view format and the 2 officials are not identifies as such. One of the names is for the focus person that has already been attached. Attaching it again is extra work and should be unnecessary. This also forces the user to use the original document to confirm the name(s) are for officials.

Suggestion 1: upgrade the new format for record and its attachments to make the analysis as easy as it was.

Suggestion 2: Do not show the name of the focus person twice. This will avoid unnecessary work,
