Ordinance information deleted from a record I was working on. How to get it restored?

Last night, I was editing the record for John Varton Armen (9V2K-8SY), adding sources and updating birth/death information. Some of the ordinances for him had already been completed. But today, his record shows up as "confidential" and the ordinance information is wiped out, so it appears that nothing has been completed. The ID number is also different now (GXZH-SHJ). The sources and other information are all still there. It's as if the system copied all the information to a new record and then made it private/confidential. I am working on my Armenian ancestry and their records that I work on periodically get changed to private/confidential when I add Armenian birth information. This is a recurring problem that FamilySearch staff have helped with before, but this is the first time that I've seen ordinances get deleted. Could someone from FamilySearch restore the ordinance information and make the record public again? I made a community post last week for help with the private/confidential problem, but since this is a separate (but probably related) issue, I thought to post about it too.
