"Sending" after typing up a letter in Ask a Question

I typed up my question in "Ask a Question." When I was done I saw just three options:

Cancel

Save Draft

Ask Question

I'm guessing that by clicking "Ask Question" it went through. Should there be a "Send?"

    @Michael Clayton Sessions

    I assume you are referring to your post at https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/125569/a-valid-letter-from-familysearch#latest. If so, yes, it clearly did go through, meaning "Ask a Question" is the same as "Send".
