Baptism and Confirmation Ordinances
in Temple
My nephew, Richard Zane Bultez PID #GDCZ-55S was baptized and confirmed in June 1994 in the Alta Murrieta Ward, Murrieta Stake. However, his temple ordinance record on FamilySearch is showing that he needs to be baptized and confirmed as if he never was.
Please correct this information for me. Thank you.
