System doesn't recognize name correctly

I'm getting a message that the name contain invalid characters. No idea the problem and thus can't fix or process for ordinance work.

A knowledge article in the help center explains that certain words and symbols, if used as a name, prevent you from reserving that ancestor's name for temple ordinances.  "Body" is on the list of names that cause problems.
