how do I fix incorrect ordinance dates?

John Thomas Oldroyd shows incorrect baptismal and confirmation dates.
I agree with his Initiatory, Endowment and sealing to spouse dates, as it agrees with the opening date of the Manti Temple.
What do I need to fix this to show correct dates? He served a mission and as the bishop of the Fountain Green Utah ward for 15 Years. So the dates shown make no sense..\
