Collections not showing access format?

I've encountered some collections today that have the format column completely empty. I know I've been able to access digital images in them from home in the past.

    @arielmunyer

    If you could provide the names and URL for any collection that is not populating correctly for you as well as your specific search path to get to these collections, it would be most helpful. We cannot investigate what we cannot replicate, especially when you are concerned about seeing historical records images. Thank you, in advance, for providing us with more complete information.

    Did you try reloading the page?

    I was noticing today that the Catalog was showing film reels on everything until I refreshed the page, which would make it figure out that they were all supposed to be cameras instead. When I went to a different catalog page (sometimes for a different item on the same film I had just been looking at), I'd have to rinse and repeat.

    I thought it had stopped, but I just checked, and it's still doing it. I went to the Homonna (Humené) RC registers page (https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/721636?availability=Family%20History%20Library) and it showed film reels on everything. When I reloaded, they changed to cameras-with-keys because I wasn't logged in. When I logged in and refreshed again, they finally all switched to cameras. Then I went to the GC register page for the same place (https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/721855?availability=Family%20History%20Library) and it again showed all reels; this time I was logged in, so it only took one reload to get it to show two cameras and a reel.

    It's not quite the same thing as an empty format column, but perhaps it's related?

    @CDBurk

    This one has the empty format column, I used the direct link to the collection.

    Ohio, Trumbull County, Court of Common Pleas records, 1811-1920

    https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/2289989?availability=Family%20History%20Library

    This one has the problem that Julia described. Before I logged in, it showed locked images, once I logged in, they changed to microfilm.

    Duplicate tax records : 1816-1838

    Yes, it must be related. I have encountered the problem you described with several collections and reloading only works sometimes.
