While researching, I often get a message to view an image from a Family History Centre or affiliate site. How can I access this information electronically?

The message means that you must go in person to an Affiliate Library or Family History Center. You cannot access those records online (electronically) from home.
Affiliates are usually public libraries. Family History Centers are usually part of a church building, with limited hours. You can find the nearest location here: https://www.familysearch.org/locations/centerlocator

Does anyone know when the Family History Centers will be open again? There are 3 within 30 minutes of me, but it appears they are are still closed due to COVID. One has a message that says they are closed. One has a number that shrieks like a fax machine and another which basically just says leave a message with no business type identification. The last one has one number that rings with no answer and another number that is a VMX with just that this number hasn't set up a message and to leave a message at the beep.

Reopening is up to each location/stake, depending on the pandemic circumstances. It is not a system-wide decision or date, but under local control.
