I would like to know why ordinance information is restricted for Martin Larsen MSXY-9NR.

I WOULD LIKE TO DO HIS WORK BUT DON'T KNOW HOW.

We do not see that his ordinance information is restricted. His individual ordinances were all completed in 1981 in the Idaho Falls Temple.

To answer your question, the vast majority of the time when you see the notice that ordinances cannot be requested and to contact FamilySearch, as you did, it simply means that the data in FamilySearch has some simple conflicts in it's background structure that prevent the display of the ordinances. Almost always they are already completed and you do not need to do the work. FamilySearch support has gotten very good at fixing this type of thing when it is found and reported, although I do have to say that I think 15 minutes is a record time for doing this.
