I had 4 images to see, yet I had many more entries to fill in. I just accepted, correct?

Usually these projects have preset number of entries. After you finished indexing all the information from the 4 images, you need to delete any unused entries so the batch will submit.

To delete unused entry forms, click on the Trash Can Icon, select "All Blank Entries", click Delete. Then you can submit the batch without a problem, either by going to the last entry form and clicking Submit Batch or using the icon in the toolbar.
