    Mrs. isn't a first name - it is a title. Currently, for this person it is listed in the first name field. Also, you will need a standardized date/place in a vital: birth, christening, death, burial, cremation, and/or marriage.

    @Kelly Underwood

    Kelly

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    [ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

    Just in passing ...

    Regarding ...

    Your SECOND 'Question': Is this what is causing inability to reserve SS?

    Short Answer: 'No' ...

    ie.

    REASON ...

    This person's record does not have enough date, place, or relationship information to qualify for temple ordinances.

    Including: Relationship Events - ie. NO "Event"; being, "No Marriage [or, Other] Event" ...

    Hence ...

    The Couple, CANNOT, be "Sealed".

    Simple as that ...

    I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

    Brett
