    @Holly Henderson

    Holly

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

Not, that I am having, any problems/issues, getting into 'FamilySearch' ...

    But ...

    That Said ...

    As an aside ...

Just thinking out aloud, here ...

▬ Are you using a Computer?

.... and, if so, with a "Key Board"?

▬ Do you have, "Numbers", in your Password?

.... and, if so, are you using the "Numeric Paid", on the "Key Board", to enter numbers?

▬ Is the "Num Lock" Key enabled?

    Or,

Whether, a Computer; or, "Mobile" Device ...

    Passwords, ARE "Case" specific.

    [ ie. Uppercase; and/or, Lowercase; and/or, a combination of BOTH ... ]

You MUST use, the CORRECT "Case", with the particular "Characters" (eg. Letters), in a Password.

    And,

    What about, "Special" Characters ...

IF, "Special" Characters (if; and, where, allowed), are used, in a Password; THEN, they MUST appear in the correct location in a Password (and, of course, in the same format).

    Just my thoughts.

    Good Luck

I know, that this certainly may not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide you with, some additional, insight; and, perspective; and, another avenue to pursue.

    Brett

Brett brings up some good tips

as he alludes to it may be important for us who are trying to give suggestions to know whether you are on a computer or a smart phone or other smart device.

you also might consider: maybe you have a key on your keyboard that is only sporadically working

you might try typing in your password just like in a word processor or text editor to ensure that when you type the keys that represent your password - that it is actually taking all the key entries. This is rare but have had this scenario before where a bad key on the keyboard was causing issues.

the most common reason, though, is that your CAPS LOCK may be on - passwords are case sensitive as Brett points out
