Do I Index a Parish as Part of a Locality?

I am working on UK—Principal Probate Registry, 1858–1957 [Part O][M9B9-XST].

I know that I am supposed to record city and county in the "Residence Place" section, but do I put the parish, as well?

    Also, In the field help for the Residence Place it indicates the following: Separate geographical levels of locality, from smallest to largest, with a comma. So based on that information if the Parish information is indicated you can index the parish, city, and county in the Residence Place field.
