Apple computer problem with linking records
A problem has developed on my apple laptop when trying to link records. After I have compared the record to the tree and clicked the attach button an error message comes up instead of the link happening.
Also, I received a call from one of our FHC patrons who is experiencing the same problem. He was able to attach records using Safari but not Google Chrome.
Can someone enlighten me about the problem?

Your browser has probably "helpfully" saved a corrupted version of the page's files and keeps serving them up instead of loading a new copy (in the name of saving time and bandwidth). Clear your FamilySearch-related browsing history (cache and cookies) and try again.
