Hello! I have record that Sara Nevius (known as "Mrs. William Carnochane" when the work was done) was baptized on 3 Aug 1999, endowed on 3 Aug 1999 and sealed to William Carnochane I (LYTV-NGB) on 5 May 1993. Can this be updated in FamilySearch? Thank you!

If you do a Find on William Carnochane, born 1491, Scotland, you will find: Mrs William Carnochane
about 1491 – Deceased

The individual ordinance dates you mentioned are in that record. If you merge, by ID, this record into your Sara Nevius, the merged person should end up with the ordinance dates that you want. From there, you may also be able to do more merging, and get the early ordinance dates for her husband.
