Missing child in FS--Sealing to parents has been done, but cannot find record in FS
Cannot locate record for:
Vaclav Plasil (father: Petr Pavel Plasil, L489-TNM)
Death: 17 Sep 1773, Mlazovice, Nova Paka, Austria
Sealing to parents: 23 Nov 1971
Wish we could search by ordinance dates!

This ID: M758-BT9 has the temple date you are looking for, but not the death date. But the place you list as the death place is listed for this person as the birth place. Different parents.

Another thought is perhaps the record was merged into someone else prior to the FamilySearch Family Tree, in the old nFS software?

PS Is it possible to search by an ordinance date, or did you just do your searching by name, location, and vital information?

I apologize... one more question.
I would like Vaclav to be added to the Family Members section in Petr Pavel Plasil's record, but obviously if I create a new record for Vaclav it won't show that his sealing to his parents has been completed.
How does one address this issue?

I just searched records in the Tree looking at name, place, vital dates. Others like Bryan54 will be able to help you with more specifics.
