Ask a Question tab in Community home page

I love the help I receive from the Danish researchers and community, but I find it very frustrating to have to HUNT for a "ask a question" tab which I generally do not find. I find tabs for answer a question, but not one to ASK a question. Could a tab be made on the nordic community page or even the Danish community page that is just for asking a question?

    Without being a member of the Nordic group I cannot see if the layout differs from groups of which I am a member. Perhaps slightly hidden, but I can find "Ask a Question" quite easily. Here is a screenshot of part of the England group page, illustrating this option appears in the drop down menu of "New Discussion":
