    good day. Please, how can the Family Search account be recovered for a member of the Church who does not have a telephone or email that appears registered in their data?

    @Yuraima EgleeEchenagucia Rivero

    @broubaah

    FYI

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    [ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

    Just in passing ...

    As, Members of the Church, CAN access 'FamilySearch', through their "Church" Account ...

    IF, the User/Patron (ie. who is a Member of the Church), HAS a "Church" Account; THEN, ...

    Question:

    Have you tried to get the User/Patron (ie. Member of the Church), to try and "Sign In", to their "Church" Account; and, GO to 'FamilySearch', from there, through their "Church" Account?

    Good luck.

    Just my thoughts.

    I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

    Brett
