I am the Family History Consultant in my ward

I helped a Brother, Frank E Davis, reserve his son's, Scott E Davis, Temple Work and gave him the white paper ordinance card in 2020.

The Brother, Frank E Davis, passed away that year 2020

His Wife, Susan Brown Davis would like to print the card again, as she can not find it, she would like the Son's temple work be done.

The Wife (Susan Brown Davis) (living) does not have the password and user name for her Husbands or her Scott's account
