PAF shows ordinances have been completed; FamilySearch does not. How is this resolved?

My genealogist entered several names in my temple reservation list. I acted as proxy for the baptisms, confirmations and initiatories only to realize after the fact that my PAF indicates that this work was done decades earlier.
How should this be resolved? Examples: KD1R-KWN; K6MD-86K; 93W7-2C3; K4TC-NQK
Also, what do you do if your PAF shows a sealing has been done, but FS does not? Do you perform the sealing again?

I quickly looked up each of the PIDs that you shared and there are duplicates in the Tree for them which have the ordinances completed. You will need to merge the duplicates. To find these duplicates, after you go to the PID you have listed above, in the right side menu under TOOLS, select "Find Similar People".

Thank you for your help, Amy. I thought I did check for duplicates, but found that 3 out of the 4 PIDs you checked did have duplicates.
However, I have found no duplicates for 93W7-2C3 (Elisabeth b: 1633, Austria)
I have also not been able to find duplicates for MR6R-NNZ (Marie Anna Gspoett b: 1781, Austria). Our records show she has been sealed to her spouse (31 Mar 1983, Oakland), but FS does not show that this ordinance has been done.
I appreciate any help you might be able to offer.

For Marie Anna Gspoett, I went back through all the merges of her husband and found one with a Marie that was not merged into MR6R-NNZ and I did the merge and the missing SS is now there from 1983 in Oakland.
For Elisabeth, I did a search for her without her marriage information and found her record with her baptism from 1994 in Provo and Endowment in 1996. At that time confirmation and initiatory were listed as "completed". So when I did the merge, it now shows the 2022 dates for confirmation and initiatory. A real recorded date will replace any that were previously recorded as "completed".
Hope this helps!

Amy, you are a miracle worker! I've learned so much from you.
Thank you for sharing with me how you found these duplicates. I now know that just doing a "Find Similar Names" search may not reveal the duplicates, so it's good to know about looking at past merges and removing data that may be interfering with the search results. I have confidence that if my PAF information shows the ordinances as being done, that the duplicates are out there.
Thanks again!
