Help! Proxy Ordinances were "Completed" for a family member who was still living.
I'm trying to resolve temple ordinances for a family member (MP13-WS6) who passed away in 2002. Rebecca was not a member of the Church. Her familysearch records show that proxy ordinances were completed while she was yet living in 1972. She died in 2002.
The earliest record of "Changes" made to Rebecca is April 2012, by familysearch. I'm guessing these ordinances were originally done for a duplicate that was merged. How do I get the invalid ordinances removed so they can be properly performed?

Thank you for contacting FamilySearch Support and bringing your concern to our attention. You have requested a correction to information in Family Tree. Locating and correcting information for a certain individual in Family Tree often involves separating incorrectly combined records. Incorrectly combined records are two distinctly different records that were combined by individuals or systems when they should not have been. That is what happened in this case. Rebecca Pierce MQR7-4X9 has been separated from Rebecca Otie Pierce MP13-WS6. The ordinance status for both women now displays correctly in Family Tree.
Kind regards,
