How do I enter individuals missed by Ancestry's computer software? I verified the family names and found that two were left off. I could not find a way to "add" these individuals. In addition, the split screen is hard to manage, but frustratingly possible (working on PC Laptop). I found that zooming in the image to enlarge for clarity and moving the image around made the image go out of focus (not refocusing) - making it impossible to read the record. Any answers to this?

@Jeanene Underwood, If I understand what you are saying, when you look on the document and then look on the right side of the page to make sure all of the family is check with the blue square box, you saw that there were two children that were not on the right side to be able to review. If they are completely missing, then click on the Feedback and click on "Other" where you can put that names are missing.

So sorry for the issue of the image going out of focus. I have no answers for this issue, but I will mention that there are some complaints. Thank you so much.
