Inviting/accepting cousins group
I have been trying to accept a cousin into my family group and have been on the phone for over an hour trying to get an answer. Two missionaries have been unable to help me. ( ha ha)
I am very frustrated. I have been able to accept two cousins into the group with out any issues. However, the third cousin has issues. There is no where to accept this cousin who has been invited. She clicked on the link, - Family Search sent me an email telling me she wants to join. I click on the link that Family Search sent to me in an email, but there is no accept button.

Hi Alice,
As always, the first things to try are clearing your cookies and cache, signing out and signing in again. It may not be the answer, but it's quick and might just solve the problem. You could also check that you have the latest version of your browser installed.

I did all of the things you suggested. Nothing worked. I had to have my cousin send the request again from her computer. That seemed to do the trick and I was able to confirm her request and she is now a member of the family group.
