how to delete a person?

Cecil Wilson Bowden LRVH-BSM has 14 sources. He has a mysterious "sister" of the same name and birthdate 9X9F-PVB that I believe was created because his birth record in 1886 says he is a "female". She has no sources. There is also a note on the birth record that says it was "corrected" in 1943.

Because "delete person" shows as unavailable on her record, how would one go about deleting her record?

    Hi Marybeth1,

short answer: as they are dups of same person. use merge tool.

merge 9X9F-PVB (Cecil '0' sources) INTO LRVH-BSM (Cecil 14 sources). ...but.....first, you will need to edit "Cecil 0" sex vital to a "male".
