Issues with New York death records

New York, State Death Index, 1880-1956

The records for Syracuse, Onondaga, New York are indexed as Syracuse, Sicily, Italy. Can someone please fix? Thank you.

Another case of a placename standardization problem. Could you please report to the engineers?

Not all records in that dataset are showing as Italy, but many are:

Unfortunately, we are not able to predict how long it will take for a fix to be in place.
