Videos and Bullet Points

First, let me say how impressive all of the well written Knowledge Articles are! Truly. any English major would be proud! Many people are getting the help they seek. However. Some of us are visually impaired, ADD, have dyslexia or, are best able to understand a learning domain other than the written word. For me, I just get lost in all the verbiage. To read an article is like trying to Find Waldo. There are So Many Words! By the time I read to the bottom of a page, I am lost from what I read 50 sentences ago. I know I am not the only one with this issue!

Is it possible to shorten the sentences to bullet points? Much less "explanation" and "what If", with much more get-straight-to-the-point?

Additionally, as an alternative to intimidating long worded documents, videos are desperately needed. Please show us step by step, exactly how to do something. A picture is truly worth a thousand words!!!! And, please, please, please, in the videos assure that there are no cursors jumping all over the page. Four minutes of instruction, tops.

Perhaps, an amalgamation of the two? Bullet Point articles with photos?

Honestly, I do not know a single Indexer or TFHC who actually reads the Instructions or Knowledge Articles, respectively. Each of us just call each other and if we cannot figure out the problem, we then call Support. There has to be a better way.

I mean no offence. My intent is brevity in getting my point across. I respect all who are doing the Lords work in seeking out our ancestors to offer them saving Temple Ordinances. Forgive me if I have stepped on someone's toes. But, I honestly believe this Feedback is very much an issue that has long been overlooked.

Thank you for seriously contemplating these suggestions.
