If you are looking for digitised newspapers, first look on the websites of the National Library, and National Archives, of Argentina (assuming there are such institutions) to check whether there is any mention of digitised newspapers.

There are some databases available via Library subscription websites, however the problem is to locate libraries that have purchased a subscription. One database (there may be others) is Latin American Newspapers from the World Newspaper Archive (Readex), for details see https://www.crl.edu/collaborative-digitization/world-newspaper-archive/latin-america.

These type of databases are usually available through University libraries, or State or National Libraries. Sometimes you may physically need to visit those libraries, or sometimes you can access such databases on your home computer via a library card, for the latter there is almost always residential restrictions. You could enquire at your local library as to what may be available for a State and/or National Library available in your geographic region.
