Missing ordinances

I am a younger sister to the following individual:

Tracy Cluff

G48M-N8J

Birth: 22 January 1960

Death: 17 May 2020

Being a sibling, I know that our parents were married in the Mesa Temple 5 January 1951 before having their 5 children - she was born in the covenant, was baptized 22 January 1968 and I was in attendance when she received her endowments (unsure of the date).

I have reserved the ordinances, as per the instructions. How does the data get input into her file? There are extended relatives attempting to do the work for her and it is not necessary.

Thank you,

Dalene Griffin
