My son Terry Lee Ermer II (LFY6-LHF) passed away on November 17th, 2021, in Lansing Michigan. He was born on January 9th, 1975 in Anchorage, Alaska. He was baptised and confirmed March 20th, 1983 in Monterey, California, in the ward building by me, his father.
IAW. General Handbook paragraph 28.1 ordinances may be performed 30 days after the person is deceased. I wish to perform his ordinances. I am his father, I am an active member of the church and I work in the Ogden, Utah Temple.

I contacted FamilySearch missionary and they had me come to the community on this day May 5th, 2022.

Another record has been located that appears to have the ordinances you requested for your ancestor. Please look at Terry Lee Ermer II LFY6-LHF and Terry Lee Ermer Jr. KWD8-P6S, and if you feel they are for the same individual, merge LFY6-LHF into KWD8-P6S. KWD8-P6S is his original member record. The merged record will then display the ordinances as requested and you will be able to request his ordinances.
