My great-great-grandfather's Temple work has not been completed. It shows YELLOW with the following message.

  • This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information.

Parlan McFarlane II

K24D-T6H

All temple work shows as NEEDS MORE INFORMATION. I cannot tell what is needed. How would I figure this out?
