1950 Census section reservations
In the buildup to the release of the 1950 census, I was led to believe that we could reserve sections of the census for ourselves or our group. I have not seen a way to accomplish this task. I would volunteer to review the complete ED where I was listed with my parents. I would be willing to review the name, family and page for the entire 35 pages of the ED. Is there any way I could reserve the whole ED?

@David Wendell Hopper, we are not able to "reserve" sections of the census for ourselves or a group. You can concentrate on one particular state until it is finished. You could have your group concentrated on one particular state and work together until it is finished. It would still be bringing the group together for a specific goal.
Quoted from the article attached: "Having your society or organization involved in this project also gives your society an opportunity to come together around a project after 2 years of being separated by COVID. We are all looking for opportunities to connect, and it’s been shown that connecting around a cause helps people develop stronger bonds together and with the organization they are helping. Although the actual work is a solo activity, as we come together in person or over zoom to work on this together, as we set goals to accomplish and ask each other for help reading the handwriting, we will all benefit from the connection."
We are so sorry that it isn't what you thought it would be.
