Some of the death codes are not found on the Number Key Template (Death Place). Do I just enter it as blank?

The codes that are like 801 or 601 seem to have an added 1 as a filler - or possibly that means they died in the hospital. If I were indexing these, I would use the first two digits of these to index the place, like 801 is Tacoma and 601 is Seattle. Or you could mark them blank since they aren't codes on the sheet. The pre-publication team might have to clean these up after they are indexed.

May we ask - Where is Washington-County located? What means were you searching - Records - Images - Catalogue? Are you by chance doing indexing?
