Why won't the system allow me to seal her to her first husband?

  • All of her temple woek is completed except for being sealed to her husband. I am the only living relative she has left. However, whenever I request for her sealing ordinances to be completed "request permission" appears and I am not allowed to do the work.

Please help me to resolve this problem. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

    @georgeanthony1

    Request permission appears because she was born in the last 110 years.

    If you click on Request Permission followed by I have permission, it should take you through the necessary steps.

    I clicked on Request Permission but I Have Permission did not appear, it said that it is under review. Now what?
