Too many error codes, pages not loading, no temple work showing
The last couple weeks I've gotten a lot of pages not loading, a 500 error code especially. But yesterday and today I can't get into almost anything. I just get errors or a blank page. My temple tab doesn't work, either, and I can't see temple work for anyone.
Other people that I help as a consultant have also contacted me having the same problem yesterday and today.
Try resetting the FamilySearch cookies on your device: www.familysearch.org/cookies
Also try using the most updated version of the Chrome browser.0
I am getting this a lot! Not just one place, but various ones for FS.

I tried clearing my cookies "This will clear all of the familysearch.org cookies from your browser."
502 Bad Gateway
The server returned an invalid or incomplete response.
This has been going on for quite a while and it is frustrating. Can you help? Is it my computer or FS

I have had similar problems. I have the problems when I use the Chrome browser but not when I use Microsoft Edge. Today I tried to use the Family Search clear cookies tool, and now I can't even get Family Tree profile pages to load--no message, just a blank screen. I wish FamilySearch would address these problems. It's probably driving people away.0
Sounds like it isn't isolated. I had the same problem trying to clear cookies as advised, I got the "502 Bad Gateway

Same problems here.
I left a message about one of them, i.e. getting the 500 Internal Server Error message when trying to Search>Family Tree, but I guess I posted in the wrong place, since someone moved my question to this board. Sorry for the duplicate, as I didn't know about this thread.
Has anyone gotten any response or inkling about why there are so many page loading problems lately? I agree that it is frustrating, as you are pretty much dead in the water if you can't access pages or attach sources.
I wonder if it has anything to do with the April/May updates they are doing.0
