My great grandmother just doesn't ever appear on my family tree, so I also can't see any of her ancestors before her either. How do I fix this?

When I look at my family tree, she isn't there. But if I click on her husband, my great grandfather, it says that they are married and that relationship is there. So if I try and add her to my family tree by just looking her up, it says that that relationship already exists. If I try and just look at her person and then try to view my relationship with her, it can show me my relationship with her. She just doesn't ever appear on my family tree, so I also can't see any of her ancestors before her either. How do I fix this? I have been trying for years and no one can help me!

We have viewed your tree and believe we have a solution for you. It involves a record that is marked "living", so we will send you a private message with some instructions.

Please watch for a red dot on the bell in the upper right-hand corner of this webpage.
