Reporting Internal Server Error when trying to Search> Family Tree. 10am EST on Chrome.
Yesterday, the Record Search did not work and attaching Sources or Facts to Person pages from Recommended Hints did not work either, so I wonder if it is related.
This is still not resolved. Is anyone else having this problem? It has been going on for over 2 weeks now.
Any recommendations for how to report it or solutions to try?
Have you tried all of the usual recommendations of clearing your browsing history (cache and cookies), checking for browser updates, and/or trying a different browser? Obviously, other people are not having the same problem, else they'd be clamoring about it in these forums.
I'd overlooked the obvious because my focus had always been elsewhere! All along, this that I had been seeking was already here.

Guilty as charged ... FS-specific cookies cleared. Issue resolved.
I've been having the same problem (internal server error) for a couple of weeks and often have to shift to an incognito window. I know I probably need to go into my Chrome settings and get rid of some cookies? All of them? Does this impact my saved passwords? Thanks!
