I sent a relative a name through email and the didn't receive it. I tried a different email for them and they got the name but then it says oops something went wrong with the name. How do I get them the name since I can't print or unreserve it now?

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

    Firstly ...

Make sure, that your "Relative", is (actually) ALREADY, "Signed Into", their 'FamilySearch' Account (on the same, "Browser"; and, particular Computer); BEFORE, trying to access the link ...

    Secondly ...

    Just quickly ...

    Easiest way ...

Short Answer: Send the (actual) URL, of the individual/person, in an "E-mail" ...

    https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/[PID]

Where: [PID] represents the 'FamilySearch Person Identifier' (PID) of the particular individual/person concerned

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.
