Linda McArthur G5XS-NFT Joined the Church in 2018 and was a member of my ward (Pinehurst, NC). She was not in good health at the time and became homebound. The sister missionaries that worked with her contacted me as Sis McAurthur expressed great interest in her family history and the temple. She did not have computer access, so the Sister Missionaries set her up with a Famikly Search account and the three of us did the research and entry for some of Linda's familiy in 2019. She expressed the desire to have her mother's temple work done, Fanny Margaret McCarthur GSKV-CJD. And to have her own temple work done after she passed away. We put together a binder for Linda with copies of photos and information found on her family and print outs of her pedigree chart and family Group sheets and reserved some names in her tree for ordinances to be done, which members of the ward would have done for her.. Covid hit and the temple was closed etc. and sadly Linda passed away this Feb. before any of the work could be done for her family. I just recently found the file of research for her family I had done and the Raleigh Temple is now open . At the same I found her file I received a message from one of the Sister Missionaries that had worked with Linda, very concerned to make sure Linda's name and her family names were on Family Search. She had been going through her Mission Journal and had run across an entry concerning Linda and how she wanted her mother's work done etc. and this prompted her to contact me. I have Lind's User name and pass word and helper number as well, but her account is locked. The reservations are still active and the card that was printed for her mother's work was his her binder and never used. Is there anyway to access Linda's account and re-print her mother's card as no one knows what happened to her binder and print cards for the names that were reserved? We have members in the ward that are willing as well as the Sister missionary who is home and married now to do the work for Linda's eligible family. I realize Linda's work will have to wait until she has been deceased for a year.
