I don't know if there was a temporary glitch but I am not currently seeing an issue with the tool providing records for me to look at. If you are still experiencing the issue, please post as such. It would be helpful to have specifics about the steps that you are taking so that we can replicate your situation.

@martinbowen2 if you are looking for a specific state and a specific review, such as name review, they may be already finished with that state. It is hard to tell exactly what you are experiencing. So give it a try with a different state or different review. Thank you for letting us know and do as Dale Fonnesbeck suggested.
